Booking Policies
1. We ask that you book your package at minimum 2 weeks before the date of your event. However, if this is not possible we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Once your booking request is sent, we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours with the complete cost breakdown of your chosen package including a small travelling fee if the venue is 35km further than Surrey's core. After confirming pricing with you, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event. Deposits are taken via invoice and can be paid by card online. The remaining balance can be paid via card or cash in person.

3. Along with the deposit, we ask parents to complete a liability waiver and media consent form for participating in activities with The Party Stop. This document can be viewed here.
Party Policies
1. To ensure a smooth event, our Party Hosts will arrive at your venue thirty minutes before the scheduled start time for setup and to maintain the timeline. We kindly request that you provide a table(s) large enough to accommodate the anticipated number of children, along with optional chairs. Additionally, a separate small table, station or counter space where the party hosts can set up their equipment.
​2. At The Party Shop, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure that each party runs smoothly and on schedule, we kindly request that all attendees arrive promptly at the designated start time specified in the booking. In the event that some children arrive late, we will make every effort to integrate them into the ongoing activities, however, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee full participation for latecomers.
3. Although our packages are ideally suited for children aged 5 and older, if there are children under the age of 4 present, we require them to be assisted and supervised by a parent, guardian, or older sibling.
4. For the utmost enjoyment of children without interruptions and for our party hosts' comfort, we kindly request that pets be kept elsewhere. Additionally, we encourage consuming food and snacks before or after the activities. Lastly, we suggest keeping the music at a moderate volume to facilitate conversation among party hosts and kindly ask socializing parents to relocate to another area to minimize distractions (however watching and observing is always welcome!). Party hosts will also bring a speaker to play music if needed at no additional cost!
